Main Responsibilities:

• Implement and maintain the Consumer Healthcare (CHC) Korea Affiliate Quality System to meet GxP regulatory requirements and CHC Global Quality Standards.
• Ensure all CHC products distributed in Korea meet quality standards and comply with regulations.
• Develop and update CHC KR Affiliate Quality Documents to reflect current standards and practices.
• Review global quality documents, assess their impact, and create plans for how to use them.
• Create and deliver training materials on quality processes to improve team skills.
• Supervise and manage quality agreements with internal sites, external manufacturing hubs, and distributors to uphold quality standards and compliance.
• Conduct audits and oversee quality processes of subcontractors, including selection, qualification, and ongoing performance evaluations.

About you

• Must be a registered pharmacist in Korea.
• Minimum 2 years of quality assurance (QA) experience or related work in pharmaceutical/healthcare.
• Fluent in English.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with GxP regulatory requirements, quality management systems, and software like Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willingness to travel as required.
