People & Culture Trainee

If you’re a motivated student or recent graduate eager to make an impact in a global organization, join us as a People & Culture Trainee. You'll work closely with our dynamic People & Culture team, gaining first-hand experience in key P&C functions while contributing to meaningful projects. This traineeship will give you the opportunity to develop your HR skills, work alongside experienced professionals, and explore potential career paths within the consumer healthcare industry.

Your responsibilities

• Provide appropriate and accurate information and guidance to the employees and managers

• Supporting the life cycle of an employee through routine and complex Workday transactional processing and understand the downstream impact of transactions

• Accountable for Workday Data Accuracy

• Work closely with all Sanofi stakeholders & People Partners to ensure all procedures are followed

• Support the planning and execution of employee engagement activities and surveys

• Organize training programs, maintain training records, and gather feedback to assess program effectiveness.

• Assist with special projects focused on process improvements, diversity and inclusion, and HR analytics.

Requirements:

• Student status

• Willingness to develop and learn, high level of commitment and readiness to work in a dynamic environment

• Presentation and analytical thinking skills

• Proactivity and independence in finding solutions

• Communication, openness and positive energy

• Very good knowledge of English and Polish

• Knowledge of MS Office (MS Excel and PowerPoint)

• Interest in development in People & Culture / HR department
