The role of Local brand associate for WE PORTFOLIO is suited to the candidates who are passionate about consumer healthcare and want to drive short and mid-term executional excellence to make Sanofi a leading global player in CHC.

This position will contribute to marketing support of Local brands´ performance in close collaboration with colleagues from the local key functions: Sales, Trade & Shopper, Innovation, Medical & Regulatory, Supply.

Main responsibilities:

We are looking for a marketer with the desire to learn and practice integrated marketing with analytical, creative, and executional skills for various target audience including Health Care Professionals (HCPs) & Consumers. Please note that this Position is fixed term for 1 year with option to extend.

• Coordination and oversight of HCP projects in close collaboration with HCP Manager.

• Coordination of HCP Event Management Process in close collaboration with HCP Manager.

• Support in the implementation for Multi-Channel Engagement activities for HCPs in close collaboration with Brand Manager.

• Administrative tasks such as Purchasing Orders, Logistic Management.

• Track activation results.

• Promo Materials internal & external approval.

• Driving transversal projects to support Local Brands Team dynamics.

• Market and competition scanning & analysis to drive learnings.

About you

• Experience: Practice and training in FMCG / OTC company is highly valued.

• Soft and technical skills: Good mastering of MS Office applications (Excel, PPT essential). Resilience and perseverance. Result orientation and problem-solving mindset.

• Education: Pharmacy, Business or Marketing bachelor’s degree.

• Languages: Fluent in English and German. French, Spanish, Portugal or Greek is an advantage.
