Your job, as Quality Systems Team Leader, will be to Define, manage and maintain key metrics for Site Quality Systems ensuring site visibility, strong internal customer satisfaction and trending to support continuous improvement activities. Main responsibilities:

• Management of the Supplier Quality Team
• Driving improvements with regards to supplier procedures and supplier change notifications
• Build relationships with suppliers and monitor their performance
• Adhere to company metric and use metrics to drive department improvements. Work directly with global business owners to drive change and improvements
• Support audits and ensure adequate preparation for audits
• Owner of quality systems - responsible for these
• Delegate for Quality Systems Manager

About you

Experience:

• Experience gained in supplier management related role
• Prior experience in leading or coordinating a team

Soft and technical skills:

• Knowledge of quality management systems
• Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong planning and organising ability
• Proven Project Management skills
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills

Education:

• Third level qualification (degree in science or related discipline preferred)
