iMove, the Sanofi VIE Program, is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28.

About the job

As Change Management & Communication Coordinator VIE within our REVAMP team, you’ll support the OCM (Organizational Change Management) workstream, with a focus on Lifecycle Management (LCM) initiatives. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a young professional to gain hands-on experience in change management and communications within a global digital transformation program.

Main responsibilities:

Change Management Support:

• Assist in the development and implementation of change management strategies for LCM initiatives within the REVAMP program framework.

Internal Communications:

• Design and deliver a comprehensive internal communications plan for LCM, aligned with the overall REVAMP communications strategy.
• Develop clear, engaging, and effective communications materials (e.g., presentations, emails, newsletters, intranet content) for various internal audiences.

Stakeholder Engagement:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across different Sanofi departments and levels, and facilitate workshops and meetings to gather input, address concerns, and build support for LCM changes.

Training and Support:

• Help identify training needs related to program changes, and assist in the preparation of training materials and support documentation.

Measurement and Reporting:

• Develop and implement metrics to measure the effectiveness of change management and communications efforts for LCM.

About you

Experience:

• Experience with SharePoint for content management and collaboration.

Soft and technical skills:

• Creative, curious, resilient, being open to learn, great communicator.
• Visual design skills and ability to create engaging visual communications.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, accessible language.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work in a matrix organization.

Education :

• Master’s Degree in Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  

Languages:

• Advanced English knowledge, knowledge of any other foreign language would be considered as a plus.
