Product Analyst - Global AI Platform

Who You Are:

You are an influential, experienced Product Manager with a passion for building data and AI centric software products in an agile way. You are passionate about working with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers and business analysts to build and deliver exceptional data products relying on data foundations, advanced data science capabilities, and /or compelling visualizations to make a difference for the patients of tomorrow. You are comfortable guiding technical implementation decisions drawing from various perspectives, benefits, dependencies and engineering commitments to create a comprehensive roadmap. You enjoy defining and guiding implementation of KPIs to ensure design and delivery of extraordinary applications.

Job Highlights: 

• Partners with engineering teams to clarify requirements, test features, and track delivery progress

• Owns documentation of features, user stories, and release notes to ensure clear communication with stakeholders

• Analyzes user experience and developer experience to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement

• Conducts sprint ceremonies with scrum master and ensures product artifacts (e.g., backlog items, acceptance criteria) are kept up-to-date

• Supports product managers in defining and refining the AI platform roadmap and backlog

• Helps connect business needs with technical capabilities by gathering requirements, user feedback, and adoption metrics

• Assists in preparing stakeholder communications, including dashboards, product updates, and leadership briefs

• Learns to balance competing priorities and trade-offs under guidance from senior product managers

• Supports experimentation and hypothesis testing by helping design basic A/B/canary tests, owning measurement plans, and analyzing outcomes to validate product changes

• Curates developer experience and onboarding assets (quick-starts, sample repos, SDK examples) and collects feedback to accelerate adoption

• Coordinates release validation activities and maintains operational runbooks (smoke tests, rollback procedures, failure modes) to ensure production readiness

• Maintains stakeholder maps and helps run user group / pilot sessions, integrating feedback into prioritized, actionable requirements

Key Functional Requirements & Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of experience in product management, product analysis, business analysis, or a related role

• Curiosity, asking the “Why” questions from the business to understand business better and the “How” questions from the development team to create a better vision of what the final product should be 

• Eagerness to learn AI/ML, data, and cloud platform concepts

• Ability to gather requirements through user interviews, surveys, and data analysis, and document them clearly

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in backlog management, release documentation, and testing coordination

• Collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills (written, verbal, visual)

• Analytical thinking with ability to derive insights and interpret usage metrics, adoption data, or user research

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum practices and working in cross-functional teams

Key Technical Requirements & Qualifications:

• Exposure to data and AI/ML tools and platforms (cloud services, data warehouses, ML workflows) — hands-on experience a plus but not required

• Basic understanding of product analytics and ability to work with data to support decision-making (e.g., SQL, BI tools, Excel)

• Familiarity with Agile collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Trello, or similar)

• Awareness of concepts in cloud, data, and AI (AWS/Azure/GCP, data pipelines, model deployment) — willingness to develop deeper expertise

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, business, or related field; advanced degree or bootcamp certification in data/AI is a plus
