As a Strategic Business Enablement/Analyst senior expert for Pricing & Commercial Conditions, you will sit at the heart of iShift — Sanofi's flagship S/4HANA transformation program — driving the end-to-end redesign and deployment of commercial processes across all regions. This is not a support role. This is a seat at the table, where your decisions shape architecture, influence senior executives, and define how a €40B+ revenue organization operates commercially.
You will be embedded within the Business System Owner team, part of the Order to Serve (O2S) Global Process Owner organization — a tri-functional powerhouse comprising:
- Global Process Leads — defining the future-state blueprint
- Business System Owners — translating strategy into deployed reality (that's you)
- Transformation & Operations — orchestrating change and capability uplift
- Your mandate: own the Pricing & Commercial Conditions workstream from diagnostic through hypercare, ensuring that standardized, best-in-class processes are successfully embedded across every region, every market, every business unit
Strategic Mobilization & Diagnostic
- Lead enterprise-wide data gathering and gap analysis across business units and geographies — building the definitive picture of current-state vs. future-state
- Conduct rigorous alignment assessments between existing commercial practices and the planned S/4HANA design (Vistex, CCCM, SD)
- Define the KPI framework and performance benchmarks for Contracts & Commercial Conditions
- Develop the strategic implementation roadmap and provide direction to Global Process Leads on closing critical gaps before go-live
Design Authority & Solution Architecture
- Orchestrate the interface between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams — acting as the authoritative voice on commercial process design
- Present and defend the core model to C-suite and senior leadership, making real-time decisions on deviations and escalations
- Chair design review sessions, govern Signavio documentation standards, and authorize functional specifications for pricing and commercial conditions
- Identify and champion strategic process improvement opportunities that go beyond the baseline
Build, Test & Quality Assurance
- Define the K-user engagement strategy and design comprehensive testing schedules
- Drive defect resolution, authorize test completion, and gate progression to deployment — ensuring zero-compromise on quality
- Lead training and certification of key users, building internal capability that outlasts the program
Deployment & Hypercare Leadership
- Architect the end-user enablement strategy for Commercial Policy and Pricing & Commercial Conditions processes
- Lead hypercare operations, interpreting live performance metrics and resolving complex business issues in real time
- Own the hypercare sign-off process — your validation is the green light
Continuous Improvement & Value Realization
- Design feedback frameworks and lessons-learned repositories that institutionalize best practices
- Build business cases for future enhancements and identify strategic automation opportunities
- Enforce core model adherence while championing pragmatic, value-driven evolution
Enterprise Change Management
- Architect change strategies spanning Trade & Revenue Management, Finance, and Business Operations Order to Cash
- Lead organizational impact analysis across regions, defining role transitions and training strategies
- Build and sustain senior stakeholder coalitions — turning skeptics into champions and ensuring lasting adoption
Governance & Executive Reporting
- Establish the risk and issue management framework for the Pricing & Commercial Conditions workstream
- Provide executive-level progress reporting with the clarity and precision that leadership demands
- Make high-stakes decisions on design and implementation — with the authority and accountability to match

Education
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline (required)
- PMP, PROSCI, or equivalent certification (a strong advantage)
- Experience
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Commercial Policy, Pricing & Commercial Conditions processes
- Proven track record leading large-scale ERP/S/4HANA transformation programs — ideally with Vistex and SAP Contract management exposure
- Deep expertise in E2E Trade & Revenue Management and Order-to-Cash processes
- Expertise of Tender business and management in S4 is a plus
- Experience operating in complex, matrixed, multinational environments — consulting background highly valued
