iMove, the Sanofi VIE Program, is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28.

About the job

As Transformation Enablement SpecialistVIE within our transversal GTMC Transformation team, you’ll support GTMC stakeholders by identifying and solving critical issues — a process that involves forming hypotheses, analysing data, and delivering strategic recommendations supporting key business priorities.

Many initiatives and projects will be linked to the GTMC transformation. Hence, together with the team, this role will shape the transformation agenda and drive its timely execution towards a best-in-class end-to-end GTMC operating model by:

• transforming the organization models and accelerating modernization of the operations
• participating in change management activities
• leading transversal global projects and PMO leadership.

Main responsibilities:

• Ensure executional excellence through strategic project management, PMO.
• Support with conceptual planning and implementation of strategic projects.
• Support management of the program’s overall project plan, ensuring timelines, budgets, and resources are effectively allocated and managed.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of transformation initiatives.
• Regularly assess risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing mitigation strategies where necessary.
• Provide guidance and support to cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution of strategic initiatives as well as resources allocation.
• Support preparation of high-quality reports and presentations to the leadership team, summarizing program progress, challenges, and next steps.
• Engage with (Senior) Stakeholders across the organization and orchestrate organizational change across GTMC and beyond, and support creation of decision papers for senior management.

About you

Experience:

• Previous professional experience in project management and/or business consulting.
• Additional experience working with implementation projects, in marketing or digital environment would be a great plus.

Soft and technical skills:

• Good understanding of project and change management - as you will act as a link between different functions.
• Great problem solving and analytical skills.
• Being ambitious and able to quickly adapt to new situations (“learn on the fly”) and demonstrate integrity and transparency.
• Being able to work collaboratively, building trust relationships across various stakeholders.
• Being comfortable working with PowerPoint and Excel and willing to learn new functionalities / tools.
• Willing to learn and grow in an agile environment.

Education:

• Master's Degree in relevant field connected with the position.

Languages:

• Fluent in English (a must for written and verbal communication), any further language is an advantage!
