Join our Business Solutions Management (BSM) international team and you’ll be pe part of the Global Project & Planning Management department within Research& Development (R&D) at Sanofi. BSM is based on the business side and is the business system owner of the planning & resource integrated system to support Portfolio & Project Management Processes for both Pharma & Vaccine organizations (RDPM for R&D Portfolio Management system).

As a Business Solutions Expert your mission will be to review and scope the business needs, provide recommendations, and adapt the Portfolio management system (RDPM) and processes for R&D.

Main responsibilities:

• Understand the business needs and propose adapted solutions.
• Contribute to the improvement of the Planning Resource & Costs (PRC) business processes.
• Contribute to data quality / consistency cross checks between applications.
• Participate to monitoring of PRC data flows and maintenance/evolution of interfaces between PRC solutions.
• Contribute to ad-hoc PRC extracts & reporting analysis for top management and key stakeholders.
• Datahub / BI reporting:
  • Bring expertise in BI solution (Tableau, Power BI, QSense).
  • Bring expertise on AI and GenAI capabilities to the department.
  • Work closely with Digital for Datahub maintenance and enrichment.
  • Contribute to monthly report releases.
  • Understand data and business rules for the ability to support users in the good practices of BI tools (Tableau and others potential tools).
    
• RDPM (Planisware solution):
  • Liaise with the Business Leaders to scope / prioritize and specify the business needs.
  • Liaise with Digital to implement changes and follow up the solving of major incidents.
    

About you

Experience:

• Experience with Project Portfolio Management system with demonstrated project management skills.
• Experience with Databases, Data warehouse and interfaces.
• Experience in pharmaceutical Drug development business is advantageous.
  

Soft skills:

• Excellent verbal, written, organizational and interpersonal skills with the ability to understand and challenge user needs.
• Collaborative team player with orientation towards building and maintaining effective relationships and adaptive to different working styles.
• Ability to learn and understand business processes and manage multiple business priorities, organize and lead project and transversal teams.
  

Technical skills:

• Expertise with BI solution, ideally Tableau & Power BI.
• Expertise with Databases, Data lake (Snowflake), Data warehouse and interfaces.
• Experience with AI and GenAI reporting capabilities.
• Knowledge of the Planisware solution (structures, administration tables, style management, parametrization level 1, data model & template management) is a plus.
  

Education:

• At least a BS/BA degree is required, MS/MA degree is a plus.

Languages:

• Fluency in English.
