Main responsibilities:

Performance Tracking:

• Support the Performance Management activities for Indirects, focusing on maximizing the value delivered by procurement activities - including cost savings, Scope 3 CO2 reduction, social impact, revenue generation, innovation
• Work with Performance Management Lead for Indirects to unlock value through high-value projects - creating business cases, reporting, and broader communication to executive stakeholders and being responsible for internal reporting to stakeholders (Procurement community, Finance, Business Units, etc.)

Strategic Alignment:

• Ensure alignment between Procurement targets and Indirects delivery plan and foster strong relationships with internal business units and external partners to drive collaborative efforts
• Operate as strategic advisor to Indirects category teams to understand risks & opportunities, functioning as a neutral sounding board to test business case maturity while working closely with Procurement Agile Squads to support in the prioritization of transversal high-value projects

Value Measurement and Reporting:

• Support the tracking of savings metrics and KPIs in partnership with the Domain Heads and Finance stakeholders, tracking Indirects’ contribution to BOI through value-driven reports and analyses while working in close alignment with Finance teams to capture value in budget and drive BOI impact

Reporting and Presentations:

• Support the preparation and delivery of executive-level reports and presentations that highlight strategic insights and recommendations, gathering buy-in from Procurement Leadership Team and support Performance Management Lead for Indirects in the design and build of strategic presentations to Procurement Leadership Team while working closely with Procurement Performance Analytics team to align and agree reporting to Finance

About you

Experience:

• Experience (5+ years) in a procurement role, with experience in E2E value definition and capture
• Experience operating in Indirect procurement
• Experience in pharma industry is a plus

Soft skills:

• Good understanding of Procurement processes and frameworks
• Experience in Consulting organizations preferred
• Strong financial acumen
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions with unerring focus on generating business value
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Supply Chain, or other relevant fields
• Master's degree in relevant field, or MBA is an advantage

Languages:

• Fluency in English
• Proficiency in additional languages is a plus
