TM1 & Reporting Insights is at the heart of finance forecasting, budgeting, and analysis, serving as the major platform for Group Controlling planning and budgeting. This global role supports the transition of all TM1 operational activities to the Controlling Operations Service Management and Service Delivery teams.

As the DS&A TM1 Process Enablement Expert, you will optimize operational processes across the Decision Support & Analytics (DS&A) TM1 solutions. Working with the TM1 Process Enablement Lead, you will drive efficiencies and implement best practices across Controlling Operations.

Your key responsibilities include supporting the TM1 operational transition aligned with agreed standards and target operating model, preparing operational documentation for Master Data Management, Data Integrity, User Support, and Training, updating process documentation to reflect best practices and regulatory compliance, and ensuring all SLAs and KPIs are measured regularly.

Main responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement standard and harmonized best practices

• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational effectiveness

• Support change management initiatives to support the adoption of new processes and technologies

• Conduct regular assessments of operational processes and recommend improvements

• Be part of the project team responsible for implementation of TM1 solutions to enhance operational efficiency

• Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations

About you

Experience:

• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in operational excellence, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry

• Knowledge of lean methodologies, Six Sigma, and other process improvement techniques

• Knowledge of TM1 applications would be a major advantage

• Understanding of Controlling Operational activities would be a major advantage

Skills:

• Honed Interpersonal Skills – active listening, strong presentation & communication skills

• Determined with a strong focus on delivering results

• Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools

• Experience with change management

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field (Master's degree preferred)

Languages:

• Fluent English, both written and verbal
