Our Source to Pay team is reimagining enterprise services with AI, delivering an augmented workforce focused on automating the Procurement lifecycle to enable Sanofi's mission of chasing the miracles of science.

Main responsibilities:

• Lead the design and optimization of global vendor management and onboarding processes, driving automation and standardization through AI-powered solutions

• Partner with stakeholders across Procurement, Finance, Legal, and Business Units to ensure processes meet business needs while maintaining compliance

• Drive technology innovation by collaborating with IT on tool selection and implementation, leveraging AI to enhance process efficiency

• Develop and maintain policies and documentation aligned with Simple to Operate principles

• Lead change management initiatives and deliver training to support adoption of new processes

• Define and monitor KPIs and process health metrics to drive continuous improvement

• Establish risk management frameworks and internal controls to ensure compliance

About you

Experience:

• Proven track record in vendor management and process optimization within a large multinational organization

• Experience with vendor management systems and related technologies

• Project management expertise with successful delivery of complex initiatives

Soft and technical skills:

• Strong process excellence capabilities (Lean, Six Sigma) with focus on automation and simplification

• Strategic thinking with ability to translate strategy into actionable plans

• Excellent stakeholder management and influence skills

• Technology savvy with understanding of AI and digital solutions

• Data-driven decision making and analytical mindset

• Outstanding communication and leadership abilities

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or related field

• Professional qualifications (e.g., PMP, Six Sigma) are advantageous

Languages:

• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
