As the Master Data Management Expert you will work closely with the Functional Expert - Workday Core HCM to gather and analyze business requirements, ensuring data accuracy, consistency and governance across systems.

Main responsibilities:

• Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders across HR, IT, and other departments to gather, document, and prioritize business requirements related to Workday Core HCM and create, maintain and optimize master data flows from source systems to consumption points, ensuring data integrity throughout the lifecycle.
• Provide an implementation strategy for Workday Core HCM related items and Lead Complex Data Integration Projects: Design and implement solutions for integrating master data across disparate systems while maintaining data quality.
• Workday Core HCM while using innovative tools and techniques to automate data preparation and integration tasks, reducing manual processes while analysing and resolve master data issues promptly based on business needs and best practices. Proficiency in analysing large datasets.
• Collaboration: work closely with Function Expert – Workday Core HCM to align on data standards and policies.
• Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business requirement specifications, process flows, and security design documents.
• User Acceptance Testing (UAT) & Training & Support: Coordinate and facilitate UAT to ensure HCM configurations meet stakeholder expectations and requirements.  Provide support and training to end-users and stakeholders regarding HCM core configuration. Share knowledge around data governance.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of Workday updates and industry trends, contributing insights for enhancing HCM processes and configurations.

About you

Experience:

• Experience: 10+ years in data management or analytical roles.

Soft skills:

• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and solve complex problems.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and work effectively within cross-functional teams.

Education:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field; advanced degree preferred. 
• Certification:  Workday HCM Pro certification is required. 

Languages:

• Fluency in English.
