iMove, the Sanofi VIE Program, is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28.

About the job

As Communication CoordinatorVIE within our Digital Transformation team, you’ll be responsible for developing, tailoring, and delivering high-quality communication content and ensuring alignment with best practices and branding guidelines.

Acting as the executional engine behind the communications plan, the Communication Coordinator VIE ensures timely, targeted, and clear messaging. This is a transversal role, critical in supporting the CMC Change Management Lead in executing the program’s communications strategy globally.

Main responsibilities:

• Create communication content (emails, viva engage posts, cascade toolkits, etc.) reflecting program needs.
• Ensure all content reflects consistent program voice, branding, and formatting standards and customize content to target relevant user personas, geographies, and roles.
• Oversee updates to the iCMC DT Portal to ensure content remains current, accurate, and accessible, refine content to improve clarity, engagement, and alignment with evolving program needs.
• Coordinate and execute the distribution of communications to intended audiences via relevant channels and collaborate with Journey Manager and Communication Lead to confirm audience mapping and communication timelines.
• Track and report on delivery effectiveness to assess reach and engagement, gather structured and informal feedback from reviewers, stakeholders, and Adoption Unit Change Leads.
• Support iCMC Journey Manager and Change Lead Network Manager in effectively communicating the Digital Transformation Maturity Assessment (DTMA) to stakeholders.
• Apply communication best practices, including audience segmentation, plain language, and visual storytelling, maintain a style guide and standardized templates to ensure consistency and efficiency.
• Collaborate with other internal communication and training teams to align messaging across workstreams.

About you

Experience:

• Experience developing and delivering communications in a corporate environment.
• Experience using digital tools for content development and distribution (Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, email campaign tools, etc.).

Soft and technical skills:

• Strong knowledge of communications best practices, writing standards, and digital content formatting.
• Ability to translate strategic direction into clear, actionable messaging for various audiences.
• Detail-oriented in formatting, design consistency, and branding alignment.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to manage multiple stakeholder inputs.

Education:

• Master’s Degree in communications, marketing, business, life sciences, or a related field.

Languages:

• Fluent in English (French and/or German is only a plus).
