Main responsibilities:

• Lead and collaborate closely with the Release Manager, Product Owners, and Team Leads to ensure timely and successful product releases (Veeva configuration and Integration developments).

• Ensure all required GxP documentations is completed in compliance with regulatory and SANOFI standards and within agreed timelines.

• Proactively identify potential risks and schedule deviations and communicate them promptly to relevant stakeholders and management.

• Conduct software quality assessments through manual testing, with a transition towards automated testing, to identify and report defects.

• Liaise with business stakeholders to ensure adherence to the QualiPSO process and maintain alignment with release schedules.

• Actively participate in team meetings and Agile ceremonies to support collaborative planning and execution.

• Serve as the primary Release Lead for QualiPSO, providing guidance and coaching to other release leads to ensure effective coordination with QualiPSO project teams.

• Maintain and continuously enhance documentation templates and the release toolkit to support project release leads in their delivery activities.

• Drive continuous improvement in quality assurance processes by coordinating with the Digital Risk Advisory team.

• Collaborate with the Release Manager and Scrum Master to drive continuous improvement initiatives, aiming to streamline and simplify ways of working.

• Actively contribute to inspection, audit and quality reviews in partnership with the Technical System Owner and Digital Risk Advisory team, ensuring alignment with organizational standards and objectives. This includes to

• Review of the Change Control on regular basis  

• Secure compliance Team training

• Secure SANOFI procedures are followed and adapt our own work instructions

About you

• Experience: 7 to 10 years of experience on release or project management and testing

Primary skills:

• Familiarity with release management processes.

• Experience working in regulated GxP environments.

• Proficient in tools like Jira, Confluence and Service Now

• Working knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.

• Proven experience in Quality Assurance testing or a similar role.

• Hands-on experience with automation tools, preferably TOSCA.

• Strong skills in defining test strategies and reporting defects.

• Ability to perform peer reviews of test scripts.

Soft skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within global, cross-functional teams.

• Being proactive

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field (or equivalent experience)

• Languages: English
