Are you a Workday Recruitment and Learning data expert with a passion for data governance and enabling AI-driven talent insights? In this role, you will be the data governance and MDM center of expertise for how talent acquisition, learning, and employee survey data is defined, standardized, maintained, and leveraged across Sanofi globally. You will lead a team of 3 data professionals and partner closely with Global Process Owners (GPOs) who serve as the business data owners, along with Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Employee Experience, Technology Strategy, and Data Analytics teams — contributing the data perspective to ensure that TA, Learning, and Survey data is accurate, compliant, AI-ready, and fit for purpose.
We are an innovative global healthcare company with one purpose: to chase the miracles of science to improve people's lives. We're also a company where you can flourish and grow your career, with countless opportunities to explore, make connections with people, and stretch the limits of what you thought was possible. Ready to get started?
Main responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition, Learning & Survey Master Data Governance — Core Accountability
• Contribute the data governance and MDM perspective for Talent Acquisition, Learning, and Employee Survey data — including standards for data creation, maintenance, and lifecycle management across all relevant platforms

• Partner with Employee Experience and Engagement teams on survey data requirements and governance
• Enable survey data for sentiment analysis and AI-driven insights
Privacy, Compliance & Security

• Ensure privacy compliance for candidate data including data purging governance and GDPR requirements specific to talent acquisition data
• Define and maintain data access policies and security classifications for sensitive candidate and employee data
• Manage and maintain data sharing agreements and protocols for TA, Learning, and Survey data shared across systems and geographies
• Conduct regular security and compliance reviews and identify compliance risks related to candidate data exposure or policy breaches

• Define data sharing protocols and pipelines from Workday, Cornerstone, and survey platforms to Snowflake
• Ensure data quality, completeness, and structural integrity of TA, Learning, and Survey data flowing into the data foundation
• Partner with Technology Strategy, Data Engineering, and Data Analytics teams to ensure the data models in Snowflake support workforce analytics, talent analytics, and learning effectiveness reporting
