As the Talent Pool Administrator within the Workday HCM Core team, you will own the configuration, maintenance, and deprecation of talent pools in Workday. Main responsibilities:

• Own the configuration, maintenance, and deprecation of talent pools in Workday. 

• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure talent pools align with strategic goals and organizational needs. 

• Develop and implement processes for managing talent pools effectively. 

• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements. 

• Provide training and support to users on talent pool management best practices. 

• Monitor the effectiveness of talent pools and recommend enhancements for future iterations. 

• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in talent pool management methodologies. 

About you 

• Education: Master degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field 

• Experience: 5+ years of experience in similar position 

• Workday Core HCM Certification is required. 

• Demonstrated exerience in managing EIBs 

• Experience in talent pool management, preferably in a corporate setting. 

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex situations and recommend effective solutions. 

• Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. 

• Strong communication skills to present complex data insights in a clear and concise manner. 

• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and work effectively within cross-functional teams. 

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. 

• Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
