3. Value Dossiers & HTA

  • Oversee the development of high-quality value dossiers and HTA submissions for the Spanish market (AEMPS, regional HTA units).

  • Ensure RWE and HEOR evidence generation is strategically aligned with payer needs and reimbursement timelines.

  • Support pricing and reimbursement negotiations at both national (Ministry of Health) and regional (Autonomous Communities) levels.

  • Represent MAx Spain in relevant internal governance forums, including GBU TA MAx Teams (global and Key Markets), and support the Head of MAx in Executive Steering Committees.

  • Participate in Global MAx brand meetings at GLS level and RMAx meetings, supporting.

5. People Leadership Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day coaching, mentoring, and professional development for MAHE and HEOR team members.

  • Identify and address capability gaps in the team, with a particular focus on: influencing and negotiation skills, stakeholder management, healthcare policy knowledge, and evolving ways of working.

  • Foster a high-performance team culture aligned with Sanofi's values: Aim Higher, Act for Patients, Be Bold, and Lead Together.

  • Support talent development initiatives and succession planning within the MAx function.
