We are seeking an experienced and passionate professional to partner with the organization’s operative leaders in Csanyikvölgy Site and People & Culture (P&C) teams in Hungary as the catalyst for the deployment of the One Sanofi People Strategy for the company. The incumbent will contribute to the achievement of the company's short- and long-term goals by providing P&C support (talent management, performance, organization, culture, etc) whilst ensuring alignment to Sanofi’s Global Business Strategy as well as the Take the Lead culture. 

Our critical success factors:

As a member of the Hungary Greece & Ukraine (HGU) Cluster organization People & Culture team, you will be expected to work in close partnership with the Plant operative leaders and the rest of the P&C community, as well as the production line colleagues at the site.

As a People Excellence Partner at our Csanyikvölgy Manufacturing site – a competitive, reliable production site with innovative solutions, a leading unit for pharmaceutical production of ampules and prefilled syringes -, you will be the vital link between our global People & Culture strategies and local implementation. You'll support managers across our manufacturing operations, ensuring HR excellence while fostering an engaging workplace culture that drives our mission forward. Responsibilities

·People Partnership & Support:

• Supporting delivery of people & culture activities that require on-site presence

• Partner with L1-L3 colleagues   on daily P&C activities and annual P&C cycle

• Drive local implementation of global P&C strategies and processes

• Contribute to  action plans’ implementation  of  Your Voice employee survey results

• Handle (and escalate if needed) employee relations cases and international transfers in Workday

• Provide data-driven insights through local reporting

·Talent & Development:

• Reflecting changes in local processes, procedures, and policies according to Center of Expertise (COE) guidelines

• Support on-site talent acquisition

• Support managers locally in development advice

• Contribute to learning programs and training administration

• Engage in calibration talent reviews

·Labor Relations & Compliance:

• Support People Excellence Lead Hungary in liaising with local co-determination bodies and advise managers on employee relations matters & handle cases end-to-end

• Support works council/labor union partnerships and collective agreement negotiations

• Support organizational restructuring and employee transitions in the related scope

• Ensure compliance with global P&C policies and local quality regulations

Qualifications Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

• 3+ years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment

• Knowledge of Hungarian labor laws and employment regulations

• Experience with labor relations and works councils

• Strong understanding of HR processes including talent management, compensation, and organizational development

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to collaborate and build relationships at all levels

• Analytical & Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and ability to prioritize effectively

• Fluency in Hungarian and English (both written and verbal)

• Experience with HRIS systems (Workday knowledge is a plus)
