Main responsibilities:

Role and Responsibility

- Develop mid-long term production strategies for Narita plant and lead all key stakeholders to achieve stable supply

- Take responsibility for plant inventory (raw material and work-in-progress) and implement an appropriate stock policy to achieve company’s target

- Collaborate with key stakeholders and act quickly to mitigate the negative impact when supply issue occurs

- Anticipate the risks in advance and act strategically

- Build and maintain the good relationship with key suppliers

- Promote standardization and optimization of key operational processes

- Involve and drive the company’s key project

- Drive compliance internal and external regulations/policies, in the areas of Quality and Sustainability

- Master Data Maintenance related to material procurement and inventory management

- Cordinate meetings with internal stakeholders related to material procurement

About you

Mandatory Requirement

- Extensive knowledge and experience in overall supply chain activities, especially Production planning, material purchasing, inventory management and warehousing

- Strong leadership and communication capability to drive diverse of stakeholders in both internal and external

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skill with good project management skill

- Business level English

Preferred Requirement

- Working experience in pharmaceutical or FMCG industry

- Knowledge of overall IBP(S&OP) process

- Knowledge of SAP transactions
