As People Insights Partnership Leader within our People Insights & AI team, you'll lead a talented team of Insights Partners while bridging insights, advanced analytics, and AI capabilities with business needs across the organization.

Main responsibilities:

• Lead and develop a high-performing team of Insights Partners, fostering their growth and success while driving a culture of excellence and innovation
• Build and maintain strategic partnerships with stakeholders across People & Culture and business units, translating business needs into actionable analytics solutions
• Drive education and adoption of data-informed approaches and AI capabilities throughout the organization through compelling storytelling and change management
• Develop and maintain a sustainable intake process and governance around how to maximize value across the organization
• Prioritize competing demands and allocate team resources effectively to deliver maximum value
• Work closely with our Data Science team, Employee Listening team, and Product Owners to deliver a sustainable roadmap of analytical solutions

About you

• Proven leadership experience with demonstrated ability to develop teams and drive strategic initiatives independently
• Exceptional analytical, storytelling, and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data insights into compelling narratives
• Strong influencing and stakeholder management skills, adept at building relationships at all levels
• Self-starter mentality with excellent organizational and prioritization abilities
• Understanding of HR processes, metrics, and challenges (HR background preferred)
• Adaptable mindset with the ability to learn quickly and drive innovation in a fast-paced environment
