Summary: Responsible for the aseptic filling format parts area. Candidate will receive, inspect, and inventory format parts for syringe and vial filling operation. Candidate will work closely with the maintenance and reliability engineer to ensure the parts are in good working condition. Format parts will be replaced as needed to ensure reliable operation.

Main Responsibilities:
The position is first shift 6:00AM-2:30PM, but candidate must be flexible and may need to work off shifts and weekends to meet production demands.
Responsible for managing all activities related to the format parts room.
Fully inventory the parts and condition of the parts in the aseptic parts room using inventory logs.
Parts are organized and stored in a manner which allow easy and fast access to the parts by anyone needing parts.
Effectively and safely use hand or bench tools to repair format parts.
All parts received from production are carefully inspected for any damage. Any damage is carefully documented and addressed by repair or replacement. History of parts should be accessible in paper or electronic format.
Candidate must be able to maintain documents associated to fill parts and describe history of usage in logs and computer system.
Ensure parts are clean and free of debris when returned and issued.
Follow SOPs to ensure full GMP compliance.
Aware of production plan to ensure parts are ready to issue and turn around in time to support production schedule.
Report history of damage and issues with change parts to maintenance and reliability team to ensure prompt replacement if needed.
Provides excellent customer service to the production and maintenance team.
Contribute to deviation investigations as it relates to fill parts.
Candidate must support production activities, therefore, they must have flexible work hours. Based on production demands, the candidate may be required to work OT, weekends, and holidays.
Perform GEMBA activity to troubleshot parts functionality.
Candidate may need to gown into classified clean room space.
HSE
Majority of the work activities are performed while standing.
Individuals must complete all required HSE trainings. Everyone is required to report all accidents and incidents and support investigations in their areas of responsibility. Individuals must ensure timely closure of HSE actions owned by their departments.
About You
Basic Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED
Min. 5 years' work experience in Engineering or Mechanical Field
Ability to troubleshoot equipment issues
Ability to use hand tools
Previous work experience in a regulated industry
cGMP experience
Good Documentation Skills
Organizational Skills
Must have good Communication skills
Mechanical Aptitude
Able to work independently
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience machining parts is a plus
