Main responsibilities职责描述：

• Participate in on-site production activities and fill in relevant records.参与现场的生产活动，填写相关记录。
• Draft production related documents (such as standard operating procedures, records, plans and reports, etc.).起草生产部相关文件(如标准操作规程、记录、方案和报告等)。
• Organize and participate in verification activities (IQ, OQ, PQ, periodic verification, APS, etc.)组织并参与验证活动（IQ、OQ、PQ、周期性验证、APS等）
• Maintain post GMP compliance and sterility assurance levels.保持岗位GMP合规性和无菌保障水平。
• Optimize the production process to make the production more reasonable and efficient.优化生产工艺，使生产更加合理、高效。
• Personnel training and arrangement: training new employees or post personnel.人员培训与安排：培训新员工或岗位人员。
• Organize and collect position CC5 data to ensure that the data provided is timely and accurate.整理收集岗位CC5数据，确保提供的数据及时准确。
• Fill in the job formula and update the mapping form.岗位配方的填写及Mapping表格的更新。
• Participate in the testing and verification of electronic batch records(FS、CS、UATC).参与EBR的测试验证（FS/CS/UATC等）。
• Complete production-related SAP operations.完成生产相关的SAP操作（预留/领料/半成品入库/返库）。
• Arrange mixed production according to the Master production plan, and prepare materials fully to ensure that equipment and environment continue to meet production needs.依据生产计划安排混合的生产，物料准备充分，确保设备和环境持续符合生产需求。
• Management of batch production records: including initial review of electronic batch records, and receipt, issuance, review, archiving and submission of paper batch production. instructions.批生产记录的管理：包括电子批记录的初审核，和纸质批生产指令、接收、发放、审核、存档和递交。
• participate in verification activities for MT department.参与生产技术部的验证及试生产。
• HSE: Participate in safety improvement and environmental protection to improve preventive measures, comply to the policies of the HSE department.健康、安全、环保：参与安全改进和环境保护以完善预防措施，遵循HSE部门的政策。
• Audit, visit and inspection: Preparation and participation.审查/来访/检查工作：准备和接待审查/来访/检查工作。
• Obey other tasks assigned by the company or department.服从公司或者部门指定的其它工作。

About you 任职资格:

• Possess at least 3 years of practical experience in pharmaceutical production and have received professional knowledge training related to the products produced.具有至少3年从事药品生产的实践经验，接受过与所生产产品相关的专业知识培训。
• Experience in the production of sterile preparations.

有无菌制剂生产经验。

• Technical skill: Highly motivated to involve in physical work. Familiar with equipment usage. Write clearly and calculate carefully. Familiar with the use of Integrity tester and MES& LIMS.

专业技能: 能专注于体力劳动、熟悉设备使用、字迹清晰、擅长计算。熟悉使用完整性测试仪、MES、LIMS系统。

• Good continuous improvement awareness, experience and skills.

• Education: Junior high school degree or above.
