The Rare Blood Disorders franchise is a patient-centric organization responsible for delivering the highest quality education and service regarding disease and treatment. The goal of the franchise is to penetrate existing and new markets to meet business goals by educating physicians and healthcare professionals on a portfolio of products while upholding the Company's mission and values.
Sanofi's Rare Blood Disorders/Rare Hematology Thought Leader Liaison (TLL) is a field-based, commercial role responsible for engaging Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to strategically inform market development across the rare hematology portfolio of products. The TLL is expected to possess a high level of clinical and customer knowledge, have experience with both field and headquarters protocols and procedures, and possess the drive and spirit to engage with healthcare professionals to help build educational platforms, generate insights, and inform local and national brand strategies, supporting the commercial success of the portfolio. The portfolio focus is primarily on Systemic Mastocytosis (SM) and Immune Thrombocytopenia (ITP).
The TLL will work closely, and within approved SOPs, with other field professionals including, but not limited to, Regional Business Directors, Area Business Managers, and Medical Science Liaisons, as well as home office-based colleagues in Marketing, Medical Affairs, Operations, and Market Access.
