Graduate opportunities may be available across a variety of functions, including:

• Medical & Scientific Affairs - Support scientific projects, medical insights, evidence generation, patient-focused initiatives, and cross-functional healthcare collaborations.
• Marketing, Commercial & Omnichannel - Contribute to brand strategy, market analysis, digital engagement, customer experience, and commercial excellence initiatives.
• Digital, Data & Technology - Work with data, analytics, AI, digital products, business systems, and technology-driven healthcare solutions.
• Global Supply Chain & Operations - Support planning, forecasting, manufacturing operations, logistics, process improvement, and supply chain excellence.
• Quality & Compliance - Help ensure medicines and vaccines meet the highest quality, safety, and regulatory standards.

About the Graduate Programme

The Sanofi Spain Graduate Programme is a 12-month experience combined with a university-accredited course, allowing participants to learn, grow, and gain real-world experience at the same time.

Participants have the opportunity to:

• Contribute to meaningful projects from day one
• Learn from experienced professionals and leaders
• Collaborate with international and cross-functional teams
• Develop technical and professional capabilities
• Build a strong foundation for a long-term career

What we're looking for

You don't need to have everything figured out – but you'll likely thrive in our Graduate Programme if you bring:

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (completed within the last 3 years or graduating soon)
• Confidence working in English (B2 minimum, C1 preferred)
• Spanish language skills may be required for some opportunities
• Curiosity, initiative, and a genuine desire to learn
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• A problem-solving mindset and willingness to embrace new challenges

Eligibility

Before applying, please ensure that:

• You have full right to work in Spain
• You are willing to undertake a university-accredited course alongside your role
• You are available to join opportunities starting from October 2026 onwards
• You are interested in exploring opportunities across different functions and teams
