The Digital Accelerator is where Sanofi builds the products that power our AI transformation - not as an innovation lab, but as a delivery engine with real ownership and real impact.
Since 2022, we've grown from a small team in Paris to over 300 people across three Accelerators in France: Commercial, R&D, and Manufacturing & Supply. We build the digital products that change how medicines are discovered, developed, and delivered.

The Accelerator is at the heart of our transformation
You'll work on digital products at the heart of Sanofi's strategy. Products that are already changing how we discover, develop, and deliver medicines.
Commercial Accelerator (Paris): Transform how we engage with healthcare professionals and patients. This could mean working on Turing, our next-best-action engine, or building the platforms behind Sanofi.com.
R&D Accelerator (Paris): Build AI-powered tools that accelerate drug discovery. Since launching in early 2024, this team has already identified seven new therapeutic targets. You could work on Patient Digital Twin technology improving predictive accuracy for personalized medicine.
Manufacturing & Supply Accelerator (Lyon): Create digital twins, IoT solutions, and predictive AI that transform how we manufacture and distribute medicines globally. This includes plai, which predicts 80% of stock disruptions.
You'll operate like you're in a startup: with the backing of a global biopharma company.

You won't build products and hand them off. You'll co-create with R&D, Commercial, and M&S teams as true partners: shared goals, shared accountability.

Faster launches - Enable Sanofi's Modulus facilities to launch medicines 12 months faster
Supply resilience - Plai predicting 80% of disruptions before they happen
Enterprise productivity - Concierge, our LLM built by the Accelerator, helps every Sanofian work smarter with GenAI
Engagement with Healthcare Providers (HCPs) - Turing delivering personalised, data-driven outreach at scale
