That’s why our Graduate Program is structured into three different tracks depending on your pathway: Digital, Business and Support Functions Track. Each track provides specialized training and hands-on experience in key areas of our business.

Whether you’re driven by digital innovation, passionate about business operations, or eager to support critical corporate functions, these tracks are designed to align with your strengths and ambitions – giving you the chance to collaborate with diverse teams and develop the skills to shape your career and make an impact from day one.

    Digital Track

    Work on projects that drive digital transformation across healthcare and business operations. You’ll build experience in areas such as data analysis, digital platforms, and business intelligence, helping teams use data and technology to make better decisions and create impact.

    Business Track

    Gain exposure to how innovative medicines reach patients and create real impact by collaborating with teams across commercial strategy, market access, clinical operations, public affairs, and regulatory – helping shape how Sanofi delivers medicines to patients.

    Support Functions Track

    Build experience across corporate and operational functions, from People & Culture to Finance, Legal, Supply Chain, Communications, or Quality – making an impact at every level.

    Everything you need to know about our Graduate Program

    Who can apply?

    Our Graduate Program is open to recent graduates who have completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree. To be eligible, you should have graduated within the last three years.

    We welcome talent from a wide range of academic backgrounds and experiences.

    How can apply?

    Search graduate programmes, choose the role that best matches your skills and interests, and submit your application to start your journey. If no positions are currently open, join our Talent Community to be among the first to hear about new opportunities.

    What’s the selection timeline?

    Our selection process begins in April, and we will keep you informed at each step. The program starts in October, offering a full-time professional experience within a Sanofi team.

    What happens after I apply?

    Our selection process includes the following steps:

    • Application review
    • Digital survey via email
    • Virtual assessment (short gamified assessment + video interview)
    • Quick phone interview
    • Final interviews or assessment centres

    These usually take place in June. Please keep your availability during this period, or let us know in advance if you have planned absences.

    Can international candidates join the program?

    Yes, international candidates are welcome. To participate in the program, you must have the legal right to work full-time in Spain and confirm that you have not previously completed a similar university contract.
