What does an apprenticeship with us look like?
Sanofi apprenticeships blend hands-on experience with vocational school and extra lessons at Provadis. You’ll dive into real-world roles across research, production, and administration and gain the skills you need for a successful career. Expect a balance of theory and practice – designed to set you up for success. The apprenticeship takes place in German.

We’re a key trainer for apprenticeship programs in the Rhein-Main region
Discover Sanofi apprenticeships at our Frankfurt and Berlin locations – around 100 young people start their apprenticeships in Frankfurt each year! Altogether, we’re helping around 300 young people build their careers various professions across our sites.
What’s the StartPlus program?
The StartPlus program is for applicants with a lower school mark who want to boost their chances of landing an apprenticeship. Over nine months, you’ll get professional training, plus a chance to explore different career fields. Complete the program successfully, and you’re ready to start an apprenticeship with us. The program takes place in German.
Don’t forget to mention "StartPlus" in your application!
How do I apply for a Sanofi apprenticeship?
Get ahead of the game – apply early! We start selecting apprentices a year before the apprenticeship kicks off in early September. We’ll take into account your school certificates and aptitude test results, as well as your personality and ways of thinking. We encourage applications from people with disabilities.

Student Internships
Ready to explore your future career? Our two-week pupil internships during schooltime give you a chance to dive straight in, gaining hands-on experience and valuable insights. If you’re joining us in Frankfurt, the experience is managed by our partner, Provadis. These are internships organized with schools in Germany.
Internships for Technical High School Students
Looking for real-world experience? Our one-year internship for technical high school students in Business and Administration or Business Informatics starts every year on August 1st. You’ll gain valuable insights into an international healthcare company, collaborate with the team, and gather important experience to help you shape your career path. These are internships organized with highschools in Germany.
