Your job, as CSV Engineer within our M&S China-BEI Site, will be to making best class medicines with excellent strategies and tools and delivering them to our patients.

Main responsibilities职责描述：

• Make and review long-term plan of utility and work priority (10%)

制定和审核公共设施的长期计划和优先事项。（10%）

• Follow and coach the team member for excellent performance(10%)

跟踪和指导团队成员实现卓越绩效。（10%）

• Daily monitoring of utilities and team management (5%)

日常监督和团队管理。（5%）

• Talent development of the team(5%)

团队人才发展。（5%）

• Preventive and breakdown maintenance supervision including contractors supervision(10%)

包括承包商监督在内的预防和故障维修监督。（10%）

• Project management of utility, budget management of utility(10%)

公共设施项目管理、预算管理。（10%）

• Manage the  work procedure based on the risk assessment, BCP management of utility(5%)

基于风险评估管理工作流程，公共设施的BCP管理。（5%）

• Relationship with authorities and local suppliers. (5%)

与官方和本地供应商的关系。（5%）

• Establishment of SOP and other documents in relation with utilities. (5%)

建立SOP及其他与公共设施相关的文件。（5%）

• Responsible for site energy saving roadmap development. (5%)

负责工厂节能战略的制定。(5%)

• Responsible for implementation of energy-saving projects. (10%)

负责工厂节能项目的执行。(10%)

• 12.  Arrange to confirm and review the protocol from supplier timely to make sure the C&Q activities to meet the project schedule (5%)

安排及时确认和审核供应商的方案，确保C＆Q活动符合项目进度。（5%）

• 14.  Follow to complete the requalification of equipment. (5%)

跟踪设备再确认的执行。（5%）

• 15.   Push to maintain & Optimize the C&Q  system(5%)

推动维护和优化C＆Q系统。（5%）

• Termly follow to review the C&Q doc. to meet new requirement from regulatory. (5%)

定期跟踪C＆Q文档的回顾工作，以适应新的法规要求。（5%）

About you 任职资格:

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in automation / mechanical technology, automation instrumentation or similar disciplines, or equivalent work experience.
• Previously worked at MNC company and is familiar with utility and facility.
• MNC公司，并熟悉公用工程
• Strong People Management skills and demonstrated ability to work with cross functional teams.
• Good manipulative ability, strong sense of responsibility, good teamwork and communication ability, can solve the problem occurred during the work independently.
• 责任心强,良好的团队合作和沟通能力,可以在工作中独立解决问题。
• Knowledge of GMP regulatory requirements for CQ activities and be able to defend and justify CQ plans and practices during internal/external audits.
• CQ 活动的 GMP 法规要求，并能够在内部/外部审计期间为 CQ 计划和实践进行审计回复及证明。
• Languages: Good English writing and communication skills, technical writing and investigation techniques

语言要求: 良好的英语书写及沟通能力并具备调查分析技巧
