Main responsibilities职责描述：

• Develop and implement site automation strategy aligning with organizational goals
• Ensure compliance and computer system validation (CSV) for operational technology (OT) and automation systems
• Manage & optimize automation systems' performance to maximize efficiency and reliability
• Lead Manufacturing Execution System (MES) support and ensure operational efficiency
• Oversee the IoT automation expertise and connectivity solutions (from L0 to L2.5); Manage end-to-end data processes
• Implement cybersecurity measures for operational technology systems
• Apply industry standards, manage obsolescence, and drive innovation in automation technologies
• Oversee and own the overall site automation and manufacturing systems master plan
• Manage and provide leadership to the automation, IMS, and CSV groups (site and projects)
• Oversee and own the overall departmental resource plan; allocate resources to projects, oversee recruitment
• Participate in global networks, contribute lessons learned to the network
• Participate in global initiatives when requested
• Responsible to understand current global design guidelines and application
