Main responsibilities职责描述：

1.Materials Flow & Shipments Management 物料流与运输管理

• Optimize Material Flow: Ensure and optimize the complete material flow from suppliers to customers through effective management of resources including people, equipment, and expertise

优化物料流:通过有效管理资源(包括人员、设备和专业知识),确保并优化从供应商到客户的完整物料流

• Operational Excellence: Drive efficiency and cost reduction initiatives while ensuring full compliance with local regulations including GMP and safety standards (applicable to Drug Substance/Drug Product/Finished Goods operations)

• Process Oversight: Oversee the complete Inbound-to-Outbound process, ensuring seamless operations across all warehouse activities

• Performance Monitoring: Define, monitor, and report control parameters including +QDCI (Quality, Cost, Delivery, Inventory) metrics to drive continuous improvement

• Regulatory Compliance: Manage customs clearance processes and ensure adherence to all relevant regulations and compliance requirements

2.Inventory Management 库存管理

• Delivery Assurance: Ensure timely delivery of goods to both internal and external customers, maintaining high service levels

• Stock Optimization: Monitor and optimize stock levels across all product categories to balance availability with cost efficiency

库存优化:监控并优化所有产品类别的库存水平,以平衡可用性与成本效率

• Physical Inventory: Conduct and oversee physical inventory checks and implement robust cycle counting programs

• Obsolescence Prevention: Prevent product obsolescence through proactive management and oversee destruction processes when necessary

• Dashboard Management: Maintain and analyze dashboards for stock coverage and inventory health metrics to support data-driven decision-making

3.Tactical Warehouse Planning 战术性仓库规划

• Capacity Planning: Create transparency of future warehouse capacity needs and translate them into actionable projects and initiatives

• Forward Planning: Manage warehouse capacity planning with a 0-36 month forward-looking view to anticipate and prepare for future requirements

• Project Delivery: Ensure successful delivery of initiated warehouse improvement projects and initiatives

4.Operational Budget Management 运营预算管理

• Budget Oversight: Monitor and align operational budget related to warehouse and transportation costs

• Cost Control: Drive cost optimization initiatives while maintaining agreed service level agreements

• Financial Analysis: Provide financial forecasting and variance analysis for logistics operations to support business planning

5.Logistics IT Systems & Master Data Management 物流IT系统与主数据管理

• System Alignment: Ensure IT systems and tools are aligned with warehouse and logistics processes to support operational efficiency

• Process Improvement: Flag and drive adjustments in logistics IT systems in line with process improvements and business requirements

• Implementation Support: Support the implementation of new functionalities and systems, ensuring smooth transitions and user adoption

About you 任职资格:

• Experience 工作经验:

10+ years of progressive experience in warehouse and logistics operations, at least 5 years in leadership roles managing warehouse operations and logistics teams

10年以上仓库和物流运营相关工作经验且具有持续晋升经历,至少5年以上管理仓库运营和物流团队的领导岗位经验

• Soft skill 通用技能:

Good communication and collaboration, excellent stakeholder management and ability to work effectively across functions

良好的沟通与协作能力,优秀的利益相关者管理能力,能够有效地跨职能协作

• Technical skill 专业技能:

knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics processes. Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, etc.)

• Education 教育背景:

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or MBA preferred
