About the job:
Are you ready to jump into a mega project (> 2 B€ Capex program, thereof design/engineering budget >>200 m€) to bring in your experience & knowledge?
The race is on to design & build our new Insulin flex facilities addressing BLA (Biologics License Application) inside a program of 2 news facilities in Frankfurt am Main, Germany and China.
You will lead, as the Key User of Beijing greenfield, all Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) implementation activities .
This from Basic Engineering of the InsuLINK program in accordance with EHS, Quality, Business & Users requirements, being focus on design to cost solutions & process replication for Glargine.

Main responsibilities:
·Apply the data collection strategy for asset management and maintenance processes. From the Sanofi Ishift ERP program, our core model based on SAP S/4 Hana environment, you will implement the master data model in a fully digital environment, 0 paper ambition.
As input, take in account naming conventions, data flows of maintenance processes data integrity requirements.
·Collaborate with the P2D (Project to Decommission) Ishift Sanofi Global program team in the parameterization of processes and with the Frankfurt Legacy site team to prepare common “Go live” of the solution in 2028.
·Define a clear process to support Methods and Calibration teams in order they deliver execution plans and all its attributes. This is relative to data templates and documentation, taking care of what is common for both locations and what is specificto them. Target is to prepare the loading into the local system of Functional locations, Maintenance/Calibration instructions and Spare parts.
·Consolidate data collected from Methods and calibration teams.
Be part of tests with the final solution on some data samples
Initiate and manage translations from English to Chinese local language for some fields like maintenance instructions or equipment's designations.
Prepare and animate training sessions for different profiles: technicians, contractors, methods and calibration engineers.
·Support the implementation of the new process and tools of the CMMS system for both sites: work order management, execution on tablets, spare part re-ordering and storage, KPIs and costs monitoring.
Integer continuous improvement process with Reliability Engineers team.
A key milestone of your road map will be the "Go Live" period, when users will start to work in the official production environment.
You will have to support them during the hyper-care phase and move on Progressively to routine mode, this transition will enable you and team to be autonomous for operations.
This schedule will be aligned with end of InsuLINK program phase, project will be handover to local team and you'll continue your mission as iShift CMMS key user for Insulin Facility Beijing plant.
About you:
·Worked more than 5 years in technical positions in industrial sites, including at least one experience in data management on a large-scale production environment.
·Experience and knowledge of GMP, FDA, and EU guidelines especially in data integrity.
·Experience in working in a large, complex matrixes environment with global processes and governance structures.
Soft and technical skills:
- Rigorous, organized, factual and results-oriented.
- Ability to “speak with data” and data flow management in a 0-paper environment. Experiences with some streaming engines solutions, ERP and CMMS Systems such as SAP S/4
- Customer Centricity / Results oriented / Teamwork / Clear thinker.
- Act for innovation, initiating new and improved ways of working
Education: Master’s degree in industrial engineering domain: Generalist Engineer diploma.
Languages: English (Project language), Chinese, German is a plus.
Several business travels in Frankfurt in Germany are foreseen for workshops and training with program team.
