工作内容：
单证处理辅助：协助整理、核对进出口业务相关的商业发票、装箱单、提单、报关单等单证，确保单证信息准确无误，符合国际贸易惯例和海关要求。
数据管理支持：负责进出口业务数据的录入、统计和分析，如订单数据、物流数据、库存数据等，为业务决策提供数据基础。
沟通协调协助：协助与国内外供应商、客户、物流公司、检等相关方进行沟通，及时传递信息，跟进业务进展，如货物运输状态、清关进度等。
流程跟踪跟进：跟踪进出口业务流程，包括订单签订、备货、订舱、报关、报检、装船、结汇等环节，及时发现问题并反馈给主管，确保业务流程顺畅。
文件资料管理：负责进出口业务相关文件资料的整理、归档和保管，建立清晰的文件管理体系，方便后续查阅和使用。
政策法规收集：协助收集国内外医药进出口相关的政策法规、行业动态和市场信息，为公司业务拓展提供参考。
其他辅助工作：完成进出口主管交办的其他临时性、辅助性工作任务。
任职要求：国际贸易、英语、物流管理、国际商务等相关专业在校大学生，本科及以上学历，大三及以上年级优先考虑。
职业素养：工作认真细致，责任心强，具备良好的团队合作精神和沟通协调能力，能够承受一定的工作压力。
学习能力强，对新鲜事物充满好奇，愿意在实践中不断提升自己的专业技能和综合素质。
具有较强的保密意识，能够妥善处理工作中涉及的商业机密和敏感信息。
每周至少能保证 3 天的实习时间，实习周期不少于 4个月，可长期实习者优先考虑请补充岗位说明书.
