JOB PURPOSE:

Support the Chief Business Promotion Officer to integrate the promotion strategies of different product lines in regions, maximize the input-output ratio of invested resources, and at the same time, closely track and optimize the daily management of the team to enhance the effectiveness of business operation and achieve the company's business goals and sustainable growth.

支持首席业务官整合不同产品线在各区域的推广策略，最大化业务资源投入产出比，同时，紧密跟进并优化业务推广团队的日常管理，提升业务运营有效性，实现公司业务目标及可持续性增长。

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Business team strategy planning, business management and operational planning支持业务推广团队的战略制定
• Integrate the business promotion strategies of different product lines and promotion channels to ensure the maximization of output ratio, define the focus of business promotion, and communicate with internal teams to reach agreement, including coordination of cross-departmental support;整合不同产品线及推广渠道在各个区域的业务推广策略，确保投出产出比最大化，明确业务推广的工作重点，并与部门内部团队进行沟通达成一致，包括协调跨部门支持；
• Support the Chief Business Promotion Officer to complete business related forecasting plan, including in-depth analysis of business data, complete relevant analysis reports, and provide recommendations for business decision making;支持首席业务官完成与业务相关的预测计划，包括深入进行分析业务数据，完成相关分析报告，为业务决策提供建议；
• Support the Chief Business Promotion Officer to optimize the business management process via providing timely advice and solutions;支持首席业务官进行管理流程优化等方面适时提供建议及方案；
• Optimize the day-to-day management to improve operational efficiency优化业务团队的日常管理，提升运营效率
• According to the business promotion planning strategy, support to improve the efficiency of business promotion operation, including the design of management mechanism for key business process on target , expense, territory, client and promotion activities management, etc., effectively follow up on the execution of management activities, and put forward continuous optimization suggestions.根据业务推广规划策略，支持提升业务推广运营效率，包括对关键业务管理活动，如目标分配、费用管理、辖区设置、客户系统、活动执行等进行管理机制设计、对管理活动的执行进行有效跟进，并提出持续优化的建议；
• Support the Chief Business Promotion Officer to follow up on key issues, including docking the progress of regional related projects, data integration, monthly sales and budget tracking, and issue follow up;支持首席业务官对于关键事宜的跟进，包括对接区域相关项目进展，数据整合，月度销售和预算跟踪以及问题跟进等；
• HQ project communication, cross function coordinate总部项目沟通，跨部门协调
• Support the Chief Business Promotion Officer on all business reports preparation, including monthly review, organize monthly senior management meetings and tracking follow ups with timely feedback to CBO支持首席业务官准备相关业务分析报告，月度汇报、组织每月高级管理会议并跟踪跟进，及时反馈给 CBO
• Take the role of project lead by implementing projects and making sure the achievement of project objective to ensure the achievement.对于所负责的项目，实施有效的项目管理方案，推动项目进程并实现项目目标；
• Collaborate with various functions/team on project and program follow up, including business promotion, Marketing, Commercial, Finance, People & Culture etc.与公司各业务部门进行项目合作，包括但不限于业务推广部、市场部，商务部，财务部、人才与组织文化部等。
•  Provide support for exploring the Innovate business operation models支持公司创新业务运营模式
•  Have a deep understanding of products and market trends, track and grasp industry development trends and competing products, and conduct data sorting, analysis and mining to find new business models;深刻理解产品及市场趋向，跟踪掌握行业发展趋势及竞品等情况，进行数据的整理、分析和挖掘以寻求新的业务模式；
• Liaise with Local and Global for related innovative programs which need input and follow up.参与公司本地及总部相关创新项目并提供有价值的业务建议及跟进；

JOB-HOLDER ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:

Education:

• Bachelor degree and above (MBA from top schools is preferable)本科学历及以上（优先考虑知名院校的MBA）
• pharmaceutical background is a plus 具有医药学教育背景者更佳

Experience & knowledge:

• Working experience with multinational companies is a competitive advantage拥有跨国企业工作经验者优先

• Excellent skills of MS Office especially Excel and PPT requested熟练使用MS办公软件，尤其是Excel和PPT
• Fluent in English (oral and written);英文口语及书面流利
