About the job
As a Logistics Coordinator, you will support and execute key logistics operations across transportation, customs, warehousing, and third-party logistics management. Working closely with the Head of Logistics and global teams, you’ll contribute to process optimization, compliance, supplier management, and performance tracking. This role is ideal for professionals with experience in logistics and a passion for driving efficiency and best practices in a dynamic, cross-functional environment within the pharmaceutical industry.

Your job, as Logistics Coordinator within our Global Logistics team, will be to support and optimize key logistics operations—transportation, customs, warehousing, and third-party management—ensuring compliance, efficiency, and service excellence across the supply chain.
Main responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily logistics activities with external partners and internal teams, ensuring smooth movement of goods from suppliers to distribution centers and customers.
- Monitor key performance indicators (such as on‑time delivery, stock accuracy, and cost trends) and prepare clear, data‑driven reports for continuous improvement.
- Supervise transportation and customs processes, verifying that all shipments meet local regulations and Good Distribution Practice standards.
- Oversee warehouse operations, including stock counts, returns, and damage resolution, while maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Build strong relationships with carriers, warehouses, and service providers, negotiating service levels and identifying opportunities to reduce costs without compromising quality.
- Support audits and quality inspections by maintaining complete, compliant documentation and promptly addressing any findings.

About you
- Experience: Hands-on experience in logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, or customs coordination.
- Familiarity with supplier or third-party logistics management in dynamic or regulated environments.
- Soft and technical skills: Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Comfortable using logistics or supply chain management systems, and interpreting data to support decision-making.
- Ability to collaborate across teams and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Languages: Proficiency in English and Spanish required for business communication.
