Our Team:

The LATAM Medical Vaccines Team at Sanofi is a high-performing team of Medical leaders who are a trusted source of scientific and Medical information and shared insights; effective and innovative strategic partners to our internal and external stakeholders; and dedicated to public health. We represent diverse experiences and backgrounds which strengthens our team and mirrors the healthcare communities we engage.

Main responsibilities:

• Execute the regional medical and scientific strategy for the COPAC PPH portfolio, ensuring full alignment with cross‑functional franchise leaders and overarching business priorities.

• Lead integrated evidence generation by identifying data gaps, understanding stakeholder needs, and driving timely evidence planning and execution.

• Build and maintain strong collaborative partnerships with commercial, access, HEOR, regulatory, and clinical teams to support strategic business decisions.

• Establish and nurture impactful relationships with external experts, medical associations, and above‑country teams to ensure regional insights inform global and regional plans.

• Drive initiatives aimed at elevating standards of care and influencing clinical practice through high‑quality medical education and scientific engagement.

• Develop, implement, and continuously refine medical plans, leveraging deep therapeutic expertise and the ability to assimilate new data rapidly and independently.

About you:

• Experience: Medical professional with experience in medical management roles, preferably within vaccine, infectious diseases, and/or immunology portfolios.

• Soft skills: proactivity, autonomy, strong relationship‑building and communication.

• Technical skills: solid experience engaging with regional Pediatric and Infectious Disease associations, as well as KOLs.

• Education: Professional in medical field

• Languages: Advanced English level
