Our Team
The PPH franchise is one of the 3 Franchises of the Vaccines GBU and covers the portfolio of Polio, Pertussis and HIB. This team works closely with medical, market access, sales, commercial and many other transversal teams to maximize the impact of brands in the Latam healthcare system, both in the public and private sectors.
The PPH Brand Lead is responsible for leading the brand strategy and tactical execution for PPH products portfolio in the LATAM MCO. This role drives business through the development and implementation of integrated marketing plans, ensuring the achievement of commercial objectives and competitive positioning of products in our diverse LATAM pharmaceutical markets.
Main Accountabilities / Principales Responsabilidades
Develop and execute annual brand strategic plans aligned with LATAM regional objectives, ensuring differentiated positioning and value propositions for target segments.
Manage the P&L and marketing budget (A&P) to achieve commercial goals, driving sales performance, market share growth, and ROI optimization.
Design and implement integrated marketing campaigns with Customer Engagement Leads, including promotional materials, sales tools, and omnichannel strategies.
Lead cross-functional collaboration with Medical Affairs, Market Access, Sales, and Supply Chain to ensure aligned strategy execution and optimal product availability.
Coordinate promotional activities and field execution—including medical congresses, HCP education programs, KOL engagement, and sales force training—to drive brand adoption.
Monitor brand performance, market dynamics, competitive intelligence, and market research to identify opportunities and optimize strategies.
Ensure regulatory compliance for all marketing activities and materials, managing COFEPRIS approvals and adhering to industry ethical codes and internal policies.
About You
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field.
Advanced English.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing.
Proven track record in developing and implementing successful brand strategies.
Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Understanding of the vaccine market.
Strategic Thinking / Result Orientation / Brand Planning / Global Strategic Planning / Strategy Implementation.
