Global Marketing Associate - VIE Contract

iMove, the Sanofi VIE Program, is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28.

PLEASE NOTE that since this program is primarily an international development program, candidates cannot apply to a VIE assignment in their own country of citizenship.

As Global Marketing AssociateVIE within our Global Riliprubart Marketing Team, you’ll leverage Sanofi Generative AI platforms to transform how commercial content is created, adapted, and delivered at scale. As a content creator, the Global Marketing Manager will develop high-quality marketing assets that effectively connect healthcare professionals and patients with the information they need.

This role will be at the heart of Sanofi commercial transformation, driving a faster, smarter, and more personalized approach to content creation while helping accelerate the delivery of impactful, customer-centric experiences across global markets. You will responsible for creating high-quality, brand-aligned commercial content using Sanofi's Generative AI platform, DAIVinci.

The primary objective of this role is to accelerate the development of impactful marketing assets that engage healthcare professionals and patients while ensuring scientific accuracy, regulatory compliance, and brand consistency. This position plays a critical role in advancing Sanofi's ambition to build an AI-powered commercial model that is more efficient, personalized, and impactful.

Main responsibilities:

  • Create high-quality commercial content – including emails, social media posts, web articles, banners, and other omnichannel assets, using the DAIVinci platform, while adhering to brand guidelines and publishing standards.
  • Collaborate closely with Medical, Legal, and Regulatory (MLR) teams throughout the content development lifecycle to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely approvals.
  • Apply messaging frameworks, style guides, and accessibility standards consistently across all content formats and channels.
  • Adapt and optimize content for different audiences, channels, and markets by tailoring tone, format, and messaging to maximize engagement and effectiveness.
  • Perform thorough quality reviews using established checklists before submitting content for editorial or MLR review and incorporate feedback efficiently and constructively.
  • Support MLR review processes by preparing content submissions that are well-structured, claims-substantiated, and ready for validation.
  • Stay up to date with DAIVinci capabilities, emerging AI technologies, and content creation best practices, proactively applying new features and learnings to improve content quality and productivity.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of content creation processes, workflows, and AI-enabled capabilities by sharing insights, best practices, and recommendations with the broader team.

About you

Experience:

  • At least 1 year full-time work experience in content creation, marketing communications, project management and working within structured content workflows.
  • Hands-on experience creating digital assets such as HTML emails, social media content, or web articles, as well as experience with Generative AI tools or AI-assisted content creation platforms (ex. DAIVinci) is preferred.

Soft and technical skills:

  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
  • Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Excellent time management and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Curiosity, creativity, and a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Strong writing and editing skills in English, with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to work within brand guidelines and style frameworks.
  • Understanding of the pharmaceutical or healthcare context, including the importance of clinical accuracy and regulatory sensitivity.
  • Proficiency with content management systems or digital publishing tools.
  • Comfortable learning and working with AI-powered tools and digital platforms, openness to adopting new technologies as part of daily workflows.
  • Knowledge of content management systems (ex. Veeva Promomat) and SEO principles and digital marketing best practices would be an asset.
  • Familiarity with Medical, Legal and Regulatory (MLR) review processes in a pharma or regulated industry context is a plus.

Education:

  • Master’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, or a related discipline.


Languages:

  • Fluent in English (written and verbal).
