Manufacturing Scheduler- VIE Contract
- Location: USA, Framingham
- Target start date:01/12/2025
iMove, the Sanofi VIE Program, is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28.

As Manufacturing SchedulerVIE within our Supply Chain team, you’ll ensure short-term production feasibility and alignment across supply chain, manufacturing, and quality functions, directly impacting service levels and operational efficiency. The scheduler’s coordination and system expertise enable proactive issue resolution and accurate planning in a dynamic, multi-product biotech environment.

Main responsibilities:
- Coordinate with Supply Planner Site to ensure proper handover of Firm Planned Orders in the Firm horizon, and works on issues resolution.
- Sequence Firm Planned and Process Orders to ensure that a realistic and feasible Production schedule is up to date in SAP.
- Update weekly the firm plan in SAP based on the new DP allocation plan defined by the SC product planner & the site production planner.
- Lead the Handover to scheduler Meeting between Supply Planner Site and Scheduler.
- Permanently adjust schedule in the firm horizon down to frozen horizon, in collaboration sites operations’ stakeholder (Mfg, QC, MRP...).
- Adapt the schedule based on resolution (equipment and resources availability) with Production teams, and tracks root causes.
- Check availability on materials supply or releases issues, with Material Planners Flow Controller and QC/QA, and allocates batch allocation in due time based on quality (regulatory) feedback (in frozen horizon after pre allocation).
- Collaborate weekly with manufacturing and maintenance to get their inputs on the availability of the lines within the short term (3 months), update capacity availability and the production dates within the firm horizon in SAP accordingly.
- Collaborate with material planner & QC manager within the Factory Control Tower Meeting in case there is a need to expedite the delivery or the release of specific components, contribute to the E2E Flow Meeting & MRP Meeting.
- Handover weekly the production plan on 2-week horizon to manufacturing, lead the scheduling meeting, maintain plan in SAP.
- Leverage SAP to check weekly components availability & leverage Kinaxis deployment plan workbook to check weekly DP/DS availability (in case of P2P/C2P flows) on weekly basis.
- Review weekly past due orders in SAP (process orders, firm planned orders) and reschedule/remove them.
- Coordinate with Manufacturing to ensure Process Orders are properly executed, released, and closed, within agreed timing.
- Collaborate with data steward to maintain Scheduling Data in systems (Lead Times, Yield, etc.).
- As DCO, analyze and prepare proposal of Master Data Evolution to support the industrial performance.
About you
Experience:
- Knowledge or previous experience in managing technical programs/projects.
Soft and technical skills:
- Proficient communication, management, customer service, leadership and employee development skills.
- Manage change and being forward thinker with the ability to operate in a multi- product environment.
- Be independent and show initiative to follow through or escalate issues.
- Be an accurate, detail oriented, supplier of data, and have high sense of urgency.
- Knowledge of Biotech/Pharmaceutical production supply chain principles and cGMPs.
- Working knowledge or ERP, demand management tools, quality systems applications and Microsoft applications.
Education:
- Master’s Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, a Scientific discipline (or other relevant field such as Business Operations, Economics, etc.).
Languages:
- Advanced English skills.
