Principales responsabilités :
• Interaction avec les sous-traitants Pharmaceutiques, meeting, reporting
• Management des systèmes Qualité liés à l’entité et aux sous-traitants ,
• Change Control système création, évaluation & clôture,
• Traitement des déviations émanant des sous-traitants,
• Investigation sur les déviations crées par l’entité et définition des plans d’actions,
• Gestion du système CAPA (Correctives actions and préventives actions), et analyse de tendance
• Traitement des réclamations clients des produits pharmaceutiques,
• Revue des rapports de « Product Quality Review » émis par les sous-traitants
• Suivi des plans d’actions des audits fournisseurs et CMOs,
• Rédaction des procédures locales relatives au scope de la Qualité,
• Préparation de reporting d’activité et indicateurs de performances,
• Revue des dossiers de libération des produits en sous-traitance pour l’activité de libération,
• Implémentation des outils électroniques pour la gestion de la Qualité (logiciels,
application).
Niveau d'éducation : Formation scientifique, (Pharmacien, Ingénieur).
Expérience requise : 2 ans minimum en Management de la Qualité.
Connaissances demandées :
• Bonne connaissance des BPF, réglementation,
• Bonne connaissance du milieu pharmaceutique,
• Gestion de la Qualité des activités en sous-traitance souhaitée,
• Procédés de fabrication et de conditionnement,
• Contrôle Qualité des produits pharmaceutiques,
• Assurance Qualité en Industrie pharmaceutique,
Compétences techniques :
• Capacité à rédiger des documents (SOP, Protocole, Rapport...)
• Sens d’analyse / investigation
• Sens de l’organisation
• Bonne maîtrise de l'informatique (logiciel, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Bonne maîtrise de l'anglais (écrit et parlé)
Compétence générale :
• Capacité à apprendre rapidement et développer une autonomie
• Capacité à communiquer de manière efficace et efficiente avec d'autres fonctions.
• Capacité à gérer efficacement plusieurs priorités simultanément.
