职责描述：

战略管理

• 了解市场潜力，建议产品组合的制定并发展区域市场。
• 建立区域的短期、中期以及长期目标以及愿景。
• 收集并利用客户洞察，制定并不断更新商业计划。
• 维护战略级客户、推进客户的决策过程

领导并建设区域业务团队

• 管理和发展团队设计培训计划，并在团队内进行相关工具的使用，例如核心能力系统，绩效评估，职业发展，辅导等。
• 指导团队执行客户认同并参与的商业计划。
• 管理、追踪业务目标，交付业务结果。
• 在区域提供关于组织架构以及层级设置的建议。

运营管理

• 建立区域绩效目标以及相应市场政策，发展行动方案并与区域中的员工进行沟通。
• 确保区域信息系统的管理。
• 与跨职能团队协力共赢。

准入管理

• 完全了解产品对于不同利益相关方的价值。
• 完全了解所辖区域业务环境，持续寻求最佳产品可及路径。
• 促进并维持赛诺菲产品的品牌影响力。

沟通协调

• 与内外部利益相关方建立良好的联系。
• 理解公司战略，引领和拥抱变革，通过沟通提高团队效能和改进业务模式
• 上级经理指派的其他各项工作

任职资格

• 教育背景：具有医学、药学或相关专业，大专及以上学历
• 工作经验：8年以上制药行业工作经验，1年以上二线管理经验，过往有较好绩效
• 具备行业知识以及相关领域知识优先
• 具备优秀的策略性思维、领导力、团队管理及跨部门协作能力
• 具备韧性、学习敏锐度、结果导向、进取心等特征
• 具备高度的合规意识
