1) 明确中央市场部策略和活动计划，了解市场，推动策略和活动计划在区域的针对性计划及跟进。
- 通过市场协访、反馈调研和分析，充分了解市场
- 熟悉中央市场部制定的品牌策略和活动计划，传递至业务团队，协助有效执行跟进
- 保持与销售的密切合作与沟通，制定符合区域市场需求、销售可执行的区域推广策略和活动，并有效执行
- 协助RM与区域业务计划活动的安排和预算规划
2) 区域市场活动实施
- 明确项目管理，确保活动通过良好的执行力实现战略目标
- 与ML和销售共同合作，沟通KOL，为活动做准备，确保每个人都清楚活动的主要目标及跟进计划
- 负责与供应商和销售团队活动的后勤协调
- 使用短信平台追踪活动对医生产生的影响
3)市场销售平台信息搜集和反馈管理
- 保持与RM的定期工作反馈和沟通
- 在目标一致的前提下，完成RPM给到的其他任务
- 不断学习和提升自身的市场工作技能
