Ser el representante de Excelencia Operacional (socio comercial) en el Sitio/APU-PCU/función de soporte.

Diseñar la estrategia, liderar la implementación, ejecutar la mejora continua y sostenibilidad de las iniciativas de performance y transformación de forma transversal en el sitio de Cuautitlan.

Descripción Específica: (Principales Responsabilidades)

  • Elaborar y ejecutar el roadmap para la implementación de los ecosistemas en el sitio de FF&P.
  • Asegurar cumplimiento del target de Maturity assessment de Sanofi Manufacturing System 2.0 en los ecosistemas.
  • Liderar y/o promover iniciativas de performance y transformación de forma transversal que tengan un impacto en el performance del sitio.
  • Diseñar y llevar a cabo metodología Booster que permitan optimizar el performance del sitio.
  • Liderar iniciativas (booster) o sesiones multidisciplinarias para identificar ahorros 3P y mejoras estratégicas
  • Estandarizar y dar soporte en la documentación de las soluciones de manufactura 4.0 implementadas en el sitio
  • Participar en los foros globales para compartir buenas prácticas y traer al sitio oportunidades de mejora.
  • Homologar, simplificar y estandarizar los estándares en el sitio
  • Homologar, simplificar y estandarizar el manejo de los tableros de los KPI en el sitio. Impulsar la digitalización.
  • Responsable de la mano con Smart factory del Visual Management de los KPI de Vacunas Mexico, buscando siempre su digitalización en todos los niveles
  • Construir y ejecutar el plan de upskilling para los colegas del sitio. Asegurar su total cumplimiento.
  • Participar en la construcción de la estrategia para el cascadeo de las prioridades del sitio.
  • Ejecutar procesos de confirmación en los ecosistemas para asegurar el apego al estándar.
  • Ejecutar capacitaciones internas (lean academy) así como participar como instructor en sesiones de la network.
  • Benchmarking con otros sitios para replicar iniciativas que impacten y mejoren el performance.
  • Identificar los proyectos que potencialmente pueden participar en los distintos awards durante el año, preparando y liderando el material.
  • Planear, liderar y ejecutar sesión de lean academy y entrenamientos en el sitio.
  • Participar como instructor en los entrenamientos de la network con el equipo global.
  • Gestionar y liderar las capacitaciones en los sitios. Responsable del proceso de certificación de los colegas del sitio.

Acerca de tí

  • Experiencia: Liderando iniciativas transversales de transformación, liderando proyectos de mejora continua en sitios industriales con preferencia en la industria Farmacéutica, liderando metodologías Lean y Six Sigma. Mejora continua. Booste.
  • Habilidades sociales: Liderazgo, negociación y manejo de equipos. Experto en herramientas para análisis de problemas e identificación de causa raíz
  • Habilidades técnicas: Manejo de herramientas para análisis y manejo de datos. Power Bi. Conocimiento de los estándares operativos de SMS (certificación) y las principales técnicas de excelencia operativa (p. ej., GPS3, Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, CI, etc.), Buena comprensión de la gestión de datos y los productos digitales de IA integrados en los estándares operativos de SMS (p. ej., eOEE, FaCT, iOBeya).
  • Educación: Licenciatura concluida, carrera en el área industrial, QFB, Química, Industrial o carrera a fin con Maestría deseable en Productividad. Conocimiento financiero deseable. Green Belt certificado deseable
  • Idiomas: Inglés avanzado
