The PMO will support the Vaccines GM to effectively manage GBU priorities and act as an interface to connect the dots within the Leadership Team (LT) and the rest of the organization (within GBU and country lead functions). 

KEY RESULTS / ACCOUNTABILITIES

Responsibilities: -

Drive Vaccines governance to support decision making and information sharing within the organisation:

• Set up and maintain GBU governance to align LT on key strategic priorities throughout the year (LT meetings, offsite meeting, townhalls, franchise reviews, etc.).
• Effectively manage day to day operations with close collaboration with respective franchises.
• Support the execution of the roadmap through monitoring of related KPIs.
• Build and drive the agenda in line with the strategic priorities, ensure action items follow up after the meetings.
• Coordinate preparatory work and briefing materials for the meetings.
• Supports the culture transformations for GBU.
• Build bridges within Vaccines organization and with shared functions locally.

Lead projects as required to support the execution of Vaccines strategic roadmap

• (Co)-lead transversal projects that are important/strategic for the GBU.
• Leverage and engage resources across the organization to ensure priorities are delivered.
• Interface with the broader organization on transversal projects that require GBU input.
• Act as a point of entry for company-wide projects by identifying right contact.

Facilitates continuous improvement through leadership of strategic projects for the GBU

• Accountability for the delivery of the Country level KPI setting process and monitoring.
• Supports the culture transformations required to organisation.

About you

SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS

• Knowledge of Sanofi organisation, business and environment
• Broad based knowledge of the Sanofi product portfolio and culture, strategies and business models of different market places
• Experience of successfully leading without authority, through influence, coaching and appropriate challenge when required.
• Self-awareness and versatility that will enable strong upwards and sideways influence.
• High level of resilience with the ability to thrive in ambiguity and operate under pressure.
• Demonstrated ability to influence relationships and leverage knowledge internally across a matrix structure to optimise executional excellence
• Ability to manage confidential information and understand relevance and sensitivity
• Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical and strategic capabilities
• Ability to work cross-functionally, strong team player
• Demonstrated ability to project manage complexity, preferably with training in project management techniques such as AgilePM
• Ability to deal with ambiguity and work in autonomy with limited guidelines
• Clear communication style that will inspire and direct teams.
• Comfortable and willing to embrace digital and technological advances with a simplification mindset

Education Level

• BA in Business Administration or a related field
• Pharmacy or Medical Education is a plus

Experience

• Min 5 years experience in Project Management & Operations
• Previous experience in pharmaceuticals is a plus
• Fluent English is a must, Arabic/French is a plus.
