Health, Safety and Environment Specialist - VIE Contract
- Location: United States of America, Framingham
- Target start date: 01/11/2026
iMove, the Sanofi VIE Program, is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28.
PLEASE NOTE that since this program is primarily an international development program, candidates cannot apply to a VIE assignment in their own country of citizenship.

As Health, Safety and Environment SpecialistVIE within our M&S team, you’ll assists in the implementation and monitoring of the company's Health, Safety, and Environment programs, provide support to members of the HSE group, assist with day-to-day administrative support for various members of the department, and with projects and research as needed.

Main responsibilities:
- Providing general administrative and digital support (Power BI, Power Apps, iObeya, Dec, GoGemba, Microsoft Forms, Excel.
- Coordinating and/or attending meetings with members of the department.
- Manage a project to update the department’s Environmental and Safety Management systems, preparing correspondence, PowerPoint presentations, and other documents.
- Utilize AI tools to help identify trends in HSE KPI,s both for proactive and reactive HSE data.
- Support ISO50001 and ISO14001 initiatives.
- Lead a project specific to migrating risk assessments from a local platform to QualiPSO.
- Support Mosaic initiatives as needed, reviewing global SOPs compared to local SOPs.
About you
Experience:
- At least 1 year full time work experience related to the position.
- Experience with Current Good Manufacturing Practices (CGMP), Good Documentation Practices (GDP), and other applicable regulatory requirements.
- Experience with iObeya, Dec, Power BI, Power Apps would be preferred.
Soft and technical skills:
- Strong organizational skills, and ability to work independently and multitask in a fast, priority-switching environment.
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
- Good working knowledge of Safety and Environmental regulations.
- Basic Computer skills in the Microsoft Office suite of programs.
- An authentic interest in Health, Safety, and Environment.
Education:
- Master’s Degree in Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Engineering, or Environmental related disciplines.
Languages:
- Advanced English skills.
