Scientist - VIE Contract
- Location: United States of America, Framingham
- Target start date: 01/07/2025
iMove, the Sanofi VIE Program, is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28.
PLEASE NOTE that since this program is primarily an international development program, candidates cannot apply to a VIE assignment in their own country of citizenship.

As Scientist VIE in our CMC Development team you will collaborate with other scientists in the team and provide analytical support.

Main responsibilities:
- Design and execute analytical method development. Implement analytical methods and technology platforms, including novel techniques and technologies, and study plans independently and with guidance from the direct manager and other subject matter experts (SMEs).
- Collaborate with other scientists in the team, as well as interact cross-functionally in the Global MSAT (Manufacturing Analytical Science and Technology) organization and interface functions and organizations, such as Development/CMC (chemistry, manufacturing, and controls), Quality, Manufacturing, Digital as appropriate.
- Author protocols, technical memos and reports, data analysis summaries, process investigations and procedures.
- Provide analytical support for MSAT development and pilot-scale projects, attend regular team meetings and updates for, data management, investigations, technical report writing and regulatory filings.
- Support analytical method transfer and analytical method qualification studies for internal and external partners.
- Support Current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) manufacturing activities including troubleshooting, major investigations, and life-cycle management for analytical activities.
About you
Experience:
- 2+ years of industrial experiences in relevant fields or Ph.D. in related discipline with least 1-year industrial experiences in relevant fields.
Soft and technical skills:
- Experience with iLab, Empower, HPLC, SDS-PAGE, ELISA, Western Blot, Spectroscopy would be an asset.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly motivated, organized, detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work well both independently and in a team environment.
- Strong problem-solving, communication and inter-personal skills.
- Ability to work in a laboratory environment.
Education:
- Master of Science Degree or Ph.D. in a related discipline would be an asset.
Languages:
- Fluent English (written and verbal).
