Über uns
Das globale CMC Project & Portfolio Management Office unterstützt die Steuerung, Governance und Weiterentwicklung von Projekt- und Portfoliomanagementprozessen im Bereich Chemistry, Manufacturing & Controls (CMC), welches für die Entwicklung robuster Herstellungsprozesse von Medikamenten von der ersten klinischen Phase bis zur Markteinführung verantwortlich ist.
Deine Mission
Wenn du Lust hast, Technologie, Datenstrukturen und echten Business‑Impact zu verbinden, bist du hier für Dein Pflichtpraktikum genau richtig: Du arbeitest an der Modernisierung und Migration zentraler Governance‑SharePoints mit – inklusive strukturierter inhaltlicher Neuordnung, sauberer Zuordnung projektbezogener Informationen und „AI‑ready“ Datenaufbereitung.
Aufgabenbeschreibung
Du unterstützt bei der Migration essenzieller Governance Dokumente in neue SharePoint Strukturen
Du baust auf und pflegst eine strukturierte Dokumenten- und Projektkartierung
Du unterstützt bei der Datenaufbereitung mit Blick auf zukünftige KI-gestützte Nutzung
Du bringst eigene Ideen ein – insbesondere digitale oder datengetriebene Ansätze zur Vereinfachung von Strukturen, zur Effizienzsteigerung und zur Weiterentwicklung unserer Arbeitsweise
Du erhältst durch diese Tätigkeit tiefe Einblicke in zentrale Entwicklungs- und Projektmanagementprozesse innerhalb von CMC
Anforderungen & Qualifikationen
Du studierst Naturwissenschaften mit Organisations-/Managementbezug (z.B. Digital Business, Projektmanagement) oder einem anderen relevanten Studiengang
Du suchst ein Pflichtpraktikum von 5-6 Monaten
Du gehst sicher mit dem MS-Office Paket, Share Point und hast eine hohe Affinität zu Datenstrukturen & Digitalisierung
Du bist ein echter Teamplayer mit ausgeprägter Kommunikationsstärke und hands-on Mentalität
Du zeichnest Dich durch eine strukturierte, selbstständige Arbeitsweise und proaktives Handeln aus
Du bringst Interesse an pharmazeutischer Entwicklung und Projektmanagement mit
Du bringst Spaß und Kreativität mit für die Lösung komplexer Aufgaben
Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Schrift und Wort
