Der Betrieb der Ansatz-, Abfüll- und Kontrollanlagen und peripheren Prozesse erfolgt im Reinraum Klasse C.
Hauptaufgaben:
Zu den Hauptaufgaben des EMR-Schichthandwerker innerhalb der Bereiche Ansatz, Abfüllung, Reinigung, Sterilisation und Kontrolle in der Abteilung APU Onkologie im Frankfurt Bio Campus gehören:
Durchführung von Wartungs- und Inspektionstätigkeiten an Produktionsanlagen mit qualitäts- und sicherheitstechnisch relevanten Prozessleittechnik-(PLT) Einrichtungen.
Durchführung von Prüfungen nach BetrSichVO
Fehlersuche und Fehlerbehebung an elektrotechnischen und messtechnischen Einrichtungen sowie an SPS'en, Prozessleit- und DV- gestützten Systemen
Unterstützung bei der Inbetriebnahme, Qualifizierung und Validierung von Anlagen
Einweisung und Beaufsichtigung der Tätigkeiten von Fremdfirmenmitarbeitern
Änderungen und Erweiterungen an PLT-Einrichtungen gemäß Anweisung
Eigenverantwortliche Durchführung von Kalibrierungen und Prüfungen an qualitäts- und sicherheitsrelevanten Einrichtungen
Pflege der Anlagen- und Kalibrierdokumentation
Dokumentation der Arbeitsausführung zum Nachweis der GMP-gerechten Ausführung
Einsatz in Reinräumen (Reinraumklasse C und D)
Ersatzteillagerhaltung und Pflege der Ersatzteildokumentation
Über dich
- Ausbildung und Berufserfahrung
- Ausbildung im technischen Bereich wie Elektroniker für Automatisierungs – oder Betriebstechnik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Soziale Kompetenzen / Technische Fähigkeiten
- Teamfähigkeit
- Selbstständiges und flexibles Arbeiten
- Transversale Zusammenarbeit zwischen den verschiedenen Gewerken
- Kenntnisse in Microsoft Word, Excel und Outlook
- Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit
- Sprachen
- Fließende Deutschkenntnisse
- Grundkenntnisse Englisch wünschenswert
