About the job:

Background

Are you ready to jump into a mega project (> 2 B€ Capex program, thereof design/engineering budget >>200 m€) to bring in your experience & knowledge? The race is on to design & build our new Insulin flex facilities addressing BLA (Biologics License Application) inside a program of 2 news facilities in Frankfurt am Main, Germany and China.

You lead all Smart Maintenance Processes implementation activities from Basic Engineering down to Detailed Design for Program in accordance with EHS, Quality, Business & Users requirements focus on design to cost solutions & process replication for Glargine in China.

Main responsibilities:

  • Collaborate: Participate to P&IDs reviews, on Process, Clean Utilities and HVAC as maintenance representative. Validate the equipment lists and instruments lists to prepare asset inventory.
  • Lead equipment global ranking Criticality/Complexity assessments with support of Reliability leader. Deploy maintenance fundamentals according to this ranking: FMECA, Short Maintenance Reviews/OEM recommendations analyses or run to failure mode.
  • Design and Deliver maintenance plans and spare part lists for each systems following defined strategy. Ensure availability of technical documentation and that deliverables are compliant with iShift data model with support of CMMS key user.
  • Build and sustain high performance team (internal & external) empowering some talents for future routine mode organization after the project phase under OM3 model.
  • Prepare local languages deliverables and ensure link with China Maintenance & Calibration team to implement replication.
  • Provide support to local contacts managers on Facilities (CBRE) and lab equipment (Perkin-Elmer) to implement planning &scheduling activities on their scope.

About you

  • Experience: 5 to 10 years of experience in Pharmaceutical Process Maintenance/Reliability domain,
  • Soft and technical skills: Experience and knowledge of GMP, FDA, and EU guidelines; Good general technical knowledge in CMMS environment and industrial performance; Rigorous, organized, factual and results-oriented; Good interpersonal skills, ability to lead workshops/workgroups
  • Education: Master’s degree in industrial engineering domain: Automation /Mechanical/Maintenance, Generalist Engineer diploma
  • Languages: fluency in english (Project language), German is a plus, other languages will be appreciated
