Aufgabenbeschreibung
Wir sind ein sehr vielseitiger und flexibler aseptischer Ansatz- und Abfüllbereich für Insuline und Impfstoff. In unserer Abteilung hast Du als Pharmaziepraktikant*in die Möglichkeit, die Aufgaben und Abläufe eines aseptischen Fertigungsbetriebes mit Reinigungs- und Sterilisationsprozessen sowie Ansatz und Abfüllung von sterilen Lösungen und Suspensionen in Flaschen und Zylinderampullen an 3 Isolator Abfülllinien kennenzulernen.
Als Teil der Herstellungsleitung arbeitest Du eng mit den Schnittstellen Qualität und Technik des Bereichs zusammen und hast auch die Möglichkeit, Einblicke in die angrenzenden Bereiche der optischen Kontrolle und Qualitätskontrolle zu erlangen.
So absolvierst Du ein sehr vielseitiges und interessantes Pharmaziepraktikum gemäß der Approbationsordnung für Apotheker in einem sehr spannenden und abwechslungsreichen Umfeld!
Dies umfasst
Du erlernst alle GMP-relevanten Abläufe eines pharmazeutischen Fertigungsbereiches für sterile Injektionszubereitungen unter Berücksichtigung der gesetzlichen Grundlagen zur Herstellung, Prüfung und Freigabe von sterilen Arzneimitteln
Du unterstützt bei der Routineproduktion und Chargenfreigabe von steriler Halbfertigware. Außerdem ist die Erstellung, Überarbeitung sowie Schulung von Standardarbeitsanweisungen (SOP) und Herstellanweisungen (MBMR) Teil Deiner Aufgaben
Darüber hinaus arbeitest Du mit bei Projekten, Qualifizierungstätigkeiten und bei der Erstellung von regulatorisch relevanten Dokumenten (z.B. Jahresberichte, Validierungsdokumente)
Anforderungen & Qualifikationen
Du bist Pharmaziestudent*In und hast zum Zeitpunkt des Praktikums Dein 2. Staatsexamen erfolgreich abgeschlossen
Du hast ein sehr gutes theoretisches Verständnis von Anforderungen an die sterile Fertigung von flüssigen Injektionszubereitungen sowie Kenntnisse in den klassischen Bereichen der Pharmazie
Du hast eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe und gutes technisches Verständnis
Du bringst sehr gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten mit
Du hast ein hohes Interesse für die Arbeit innerhalb eines pharmazeutischen Produktionsbetriebes
Du gehst sicher mit dem MS-Office Paket um
Du hast eine selbstständige Arbeitsweise und Motivation mit ausgeprägter Eigeninitiative, sowie eine hohe Teamfähigkeit
Du verfügst über gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
